Hybrid The conference will be held in hybrid mode, both online and offline. Participants who cannot travel can join online.
The exact auditorium and session halls will be announced with the final programme. IIT Kharagpur's large, green campus has auditoriums, lecture complexes, guest houses and food courts within walking distance of each other.

Travel options
By air
Fly into Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata (CCU). Campus is about 130 km away by road (roughly 2.5–3 hours), or take a cab to Howrah and a train to Kharagpur.
By train
Kharagpur Junction (KGP) is a major rail hub. Frequent trains run from Howrah (about 1.5–2 hours), with direct connections to many cities. Campus is a short auto or cab ride from the station.
By road
Kharagpur sits on NH-16, the Kolkata–Chennai corridor. App-based cabs and pre-booked taxis run regularly from Kolkata.
Late December weather: pleasant winter days around 25 °C and cool evenings around 12 °C. Bring a light jacket.
