Registration FAQ

Can I attend online?
Yes. NAVAGATI 2026 will be held in hybrid mode, both online and offline. You can attend and present in person at IIT Kharagpur or join remotely.
What does the registration fee include?
Entry to all technical sessions and keynotes, the conference kit, lunches and refreshments on all three days, and a certificate. Author registrations also cover publication of one paper.
Do I need to register for each paper?
Each accepted paper needs at least one registered author. One registration covers one paper.
What is the cancellation policy?
Requests received by 30 November 2026 are refunded minus a processing fee. After that date, fees are non-refundable, but you can transfer your registration to a colleague.
Can I get a visa invitation letter?
Yes. International participants receive an invitation letter once they've registered and paid. Contact the secretariat with your passport details.
